The fate of democracy depends on the Central Cyber Shield (BCCS-Shield), because through it, instead of mere digital regulations, prohibitions and orders, a unified political, security, value and legal framework based on online democracy can be built in cyberspace, which makes it possible to confront hybrid threats directly in their environment of origin and thus protect the stability of democratic processes in the physical world.
“Those who vilified me, smeared me, humiliated me, discriminated against me, mocked me, condemned me and turned their backs on me should know that every path I’ve taken, every bad experience, everyone I’ve been through, and everything I’ve ever done – all of these have ultimately proven that I’ve been walking in the right direction. And only because of this, I’ve been able to build a lot of good and lasting things for society and for state.”
A childhood full of injustice, brutality, torture and inhumane treatment
Ladislav Boldi grew up in extremely cruel conditions, from birth he lived in a conflict environment full of violence and crimes. Without the support of his biological mother, who abandoned him immediately after birth, he spent his childhood in correctional institutions, where he faced injustice and inhumane treatment. The worst forms involved torture and other cruelties by the correctional staff – including tying him to a chair and beating him with a white police baton until he passed out. Throughout his childhood, he was accompanied by indescribable suffering, which deepened as he grew older.
Life in Hell
Ladislav Boldi was confronted with evil from birth. In order to save himself, he had to learn to prevent this evil. Already at the age of six, when he was unjustly and brutally punished, he understood that the only way to survive was to find a solution not only to his personal problems, but also to the problems of those who committed the evil. He tried to understand their motives and find measures that would prevent the recurrence of violent crimes. In an environment where the Board of Education had unlimited power, he fought against injustice and injustice by taking revenge, which was the only possible way of defense and deterrence. Thanks to his extraordinary will and desire to seek justice, at the age of nine he managed to write a draft constitution for an educational institution – a document that was supposed to establish rules for the observance of rights and the introduction of security mechanisms ensuring better protection of a person from lawlessness and violence in the system in which he grew up from birth. However, the Board of Education despised and deliberately ignored his efforts to solve problems through system reform.
Fight for survival – life on the street
After being released from the correctional institution after nineteen years, Ladislav Boldi found himself homeless on the street. He was isolated from ordinary social life and lacked any contact with the civilized world. He never knew the basic manifestations of humanity or natural social relations. Because the authorities refused to give him a stamp of permanent residence, he effectively did not exist for the state. In order to survive, he was forced to look for food – rotten food or scraps from garbage cans – and accepted offers for street fights for fifteen crowns, which provided him with at least a basic living. These activities were not the result of a choice, but the only means of survival.
Unsuccessful integration into public life
Despite the cruelty of fate, Ladislav Boldi decided to use his talent and released a music album. In his songs, he often reflected on violence and injustice and sought to overcome it through art and public projects. However, his artistic career was destroyed by false articles by journalists. Not through his own fault, but as a result of his poor social background and rough street life, he fell out of favor with politicians and the media, who refused to communicate with him and publicly support his projects. Even this time he did not give up and despite the fact that everyone turned their backs on him because of his bad reputation, he was determined to continue developing ONLINE DEMOCRACY. He believed that this would help citizens, politicians and the state administration to find a way to each other, establish mutual cooperation and solve the problems that divide them together through the Politinn social network. However, due to a lack of funds, he was eventually forced to end all projects many times. In order to continue the development of ONLINE DEMOCRACY, he had to take risks and enter life-threatening conflict situations to ensure the protection of highly influential business people who faced physical attacks, blackmail and serious security threats.
From tyranny and confrontation with evil, ONLINE DEMOCRACY was born
The greatest driver of progress is the experienced suffering, tyranny and confrontation with evil. Revolutionary projects were born precisely from these cruel experiences – which include ONLINE DEMOCRACY, the prestigious award “Democratic Person of the Year” and the social network Politinn – a platform that serves and helps citizens, politicians and the state administration to solve problems together, without the need to face evil, the consequences of which it is always better to learn to prevent.
